weekly classes
A variety of classes from gentle, somatic yoga to an energising morning flow.
❋ Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga is a traditional, grounding practice that brings together movement, breath, and awareness. Postures are explored slowly and mindfully, often held for a few breaths to build strength, flexibility, and inner steadiness. It offers a balanced space to connect with the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of calm and presence.
❋ Somatic Yoga FlowSomatic Yoga Flow is a practice of listening. Moving slowly and intuitively, you are invited to feel your way through the body rather than perform it. Guided by breath, sensation, and curiosity, this practice becomes a gentle unfolding — releasing tension, softening held patterns, and returning you to a more embodied sense of presence.
❋ VinyasaVinyasa Flow Yoga is a mindful, breath-led practice that connects movement with awareness. Through flowing sequences of postures, you are invited to build strength and mobility while staying present with each breath. The practice offers both energy and ease, with space to move at your own pace and honour your body.
❋ Yin YogaYin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, typically on the floor, allowing the body to gently release tension and access deeper layers of connective tissue. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, Yin invites the nervous system to settle, supporting calm, flexibility, and inner awareness.
❋ Beginners YogaA gentle introduction to yoga, focusing on foundational postures, breath, and mindful movement. Suitable for complete beginners and those wanting to reconnect with the basics in a supportive, unhurried way.
❋ Sound Baths Sound Baths are deeply restorative experiences where you are invited to lie down, get comfortable, and be immersed in sound. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic tones, the vibrations gently support the nervous system to soften and settle into deep rest.
As you are held in sound, the body is encouraged to release tension, the mind begins to quiet, and the breath naturally slows. This can support a shift into deeper states of relaxation, helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of inner balance and ease. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
