Drift.
An invitation to soften, listen, return to the wisdom of the body and dream.
Temple of the Moon
DRIFT - AT THE NEW MOON
Gather in rhythm with the moon and the changing seasons of your own inner landscape. Two monthly gatherings. These circles offer a space to reconnect and come home to yourself through embodied movement, rest, sound, ritual and connection.
The Full Moon invites us to release, move and make space, while the New Moon calls us inward—to rest, reflect and set intentions for the cycle ahead.
Each gathering is uniquely woven with the energy of the season, somatic practices, sound, meditation, plant wisdom and moments of connection in circle.
dRIFT- An evening to soften, listen & return to the body
There are moments when we need to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply come back to ourselves.
Drift is a monthly evening created as a space to slow down, soften and reconnect — an invitation to move gently away from the busy thinking mind and towards the quieter wisdom of the body.
Through somatic movement, embodied awareness, restorative yoga, meditation, sound and dreamwork, we create space to release what you no longer need, listen more deeply and settle into a state of rest.
Each Drift is shaped by the season and the lunar cycle, offering a different theme and invitation each month. Sometimes we may explore grounding and letting go; at other times, intuition, renewal, rest or new beginnings.
There is no right way to experience the evening. You don't need to be flexible, experienced in yoga or familiar with meditation. You simply need to arrive as you are.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to perform.
Nowhere else to be.
Just an evening to pause, breathe, feel and receive.

Tending & rETURNING
Saturday 12th September
6:30-8:30pm
Notley Yoga
As summer begins to soften into autumn, the New Moon in Virgo invites us to turn inward and tend to what sustains us.
Virgo is an earth sign — connected to the body, the everyday and the quiet rituals that create a sense of wellbeing. Its energy invites us to simplify, discern and pay attention to the details of our lives that often go unnoticed.
For this Drift, we'll explore the practice of tending.
Not striving.
Not fixing.
Not becoming a better version of ourselves.
But listening.
Through somatic movement, restorative practice, meditation, journalling and sound, we'll create space to reconnect with the body and listen to its quieter messages.
We'll consider what is nourishing us, what is depleting us, and where we might gently bring more intention to the rhythms of our everyday lives.
As we gather beneath the darkness of the New Moon, we'll plant intentions not from a place of “what should I achieve?”, but from the deeper question:
“What would help me feel more at home in myself?”
A Drift for grounding, replenishing, simplifying and beginning again.

Drift - New Moon in Libra
Friday 9th October
7 - 9 pm

Come back into balance.
As we move deeper into autumn, we're invited to notice the relationships that shape our lives — the relationship with our bodies, with others, with rest, with our time and with ourselves.
Libra asks us to consider what happens when we create a little more space for reciprocity, beauty, softness and connection.
For this Drift, we'll explore balance not as a perfect state, but as a living, breathing practice.
Through somatic movement, restorative yoga, meditation, journalling and sound, we'll explore the delicate dance between effort and ease, giving and receiving, holding and letting go.
An evening to soften, reconnect and come home to your own centre.

Shedding & Renewal
There is a particular kind of wisdom in the dark.
The New Moon in Scorpio invites us to turn inward — towards the places beneath the surface, where things are changing quietly before they are ready to emerge.
At this time of year, nature offers us the same invitation. Leaves fall. The landscape retreats. What has completed its cycle is released back to the earth.
We too are allowed to let go.
This Drift is an exploration of release, surrender and renewal.
Through somatic movement, restorative practice, meditation, journalling and sound, we'll create a space to move gently beneath the surface and listen to what the body is carrying.
Rather than asking ourselves to change, we'll practise allowing.
Allowing what is here to be felt.
Allowing what is ready to leave to loosen its hold.
Allowing ourselves not to have all the answers. We'll explore the quiet threshold between what has been and what is becoming.
We'll finish with an immersive sound journey, creating space for deep rest and integration.

Expansion & Possibility
What if you gave yourself permission to imagine something more?
The New Moon in Sagittarius arrives with an energy of possibility — a reminder to lift our eyes beyond the familiar and listen for the quiet pull towards something new.
Sagittarius is the great explorer of the zodiac. It invites us to travel not only out into the world, but also inward, towards greater truth, meaning and freedom.
This Drift is an invitation to expand.
To create more space in the body.
More space in the breath.
More space in the mind.
More space for possibility.Through somatic movement, restorative practice, meditation, journalling and immersive sound, we'll explore what it means to move towards what feels alive — while staying connected to the ground beneath us.
We'll reflect on the dreams, desires and possibilities that may have been quietly waiting for our attention.
