Drift is a deeply restorative monthly Friday evening class designed to bring you home to yourself, soothe the nervous system, and gently guide you into rest. Held on the Friday nearest the full moon, each gathering honours the natural rhythm and energy of the lunar cycle.
In a softly candle-lit space, we move through an embodied journey of gentle somatic movement, conscious breath, and intuitive movement to support the safe release of stored tension and emotion.
We then soften into supported restorative rest, before being held in an immersive sound journey.
We close with quiet integration, allowing space for stillness, reflection, and a gentle return to self.
Soft Landing is a slow, nourishing afternoon of rest designed to gently bring you back to yourself. Through somatic movement, restorative yoga, and immersive sound, you are invited to soften tension, quiet the mind, and settle the nervous system. Drift into dreaming, visioning, and deep conscious rest.
Deep conscious rest is a state of being fully supported, where the body is invited to let go without effort and the mind is gently guided into stillness. Unlike sleep, there is a soft awareness present — a space where you can observe breath, sensation, and inner experience without needing to change or do anything. In this space, the nervous system is supported to unwind more deeply, allowing layers of tension to release as you move from doing into simply being.
As the practice unfolds, there is space to pause, to feel, and to simply be — supported by stillness, breath, and presence. We close by gathering together over tea and a sweet treat, allowing time for quiet integration and connection before returning to the world.
Baby & Me | Settle & Rest is a gentle, supportive space for mums and their pre-crawling babies to move, breathe, and rest together. These sessions are designed to nurture both body and nervous system. A grounding, soft space to settle & rest.
We begin with very gentle, postnatal-friendly movement to support recovery, release tension, and encourage ease in the body. We then settle into around 20–30 minutes of deeply restorative sound, creating space for rest, regulation, and quiet connection for both mum and baby.
We close the session with tea and homemade cake, allowing time to pause, connect, and gently integrate before returning to the day.
