Autumn Return Retreat

Held on Samhain | 1.30pm – 8.30pm

Join us on Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. Traditionally celebrated as the Celtic New Year, Samhain is a time of endings and beginnings—a threshold between seasons that invites us to reflect on what has passed, honour where we are, and consciously step into what comes next.

As nature begins to turn inwards, so too are we invited to slow down, let go and return to ourselves. This nourishing afternoon and evening retreat offers the space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and embrace the season's invitation to rest, reflect and release.

We'll begin by gathering in the warmth of the yurt with ceremonial cacao, opening our circle together before taking time to journal, set intentions and share in a supportive women's circle.

From there, we'll move into a slow, embodied yoga practice in the beautiful yoga studio overlooking the fields. Our practice will be slow and somatic, allowing the body to soften and unwind, feel and release. After, we’ll pause for homemade afternoon treats and warming chai.

The afternoon continues with seasonal crafting, offering a mindful opportunity to connect with the wisdom of autumn through creativity and the rhythms of the natural world. As evening draws in, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and sound journey, inviting profound rest and nervous system nourishment.

We'll then gather for a delicious seasonal evening meal before stepping outside to the warmth of the fire. Together, we'll close the day with a Samhain-inspired fire ritual, releasing what no longer serves us and honouring the transition into a new season with intention and gratitude.

Throughout the retreat, you'll be nourished with homemade afternoon snacks, warming chai, a seasonal evening meal and a sweet treat to enjoy beside the fire.

This is a day to pause, reconnect and honour the changing season—a chance to release the old, embrace the stillness of autumn, and return home to yourself.

More details will be shared soon.

I can’t wait to share this transformative evening with you.
