Ground & Flow Yoga offers weekly classes, monthly full and new moon gatherings, seasonal events honouring the turning of the wheel, workshops, retreats, and immersive experiences inspired by nature and rooted in non-dual tantric philosophy.

From traditional Hatha and more dynamic practices to somatic movement, yin, sound, and rest, each offering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and breath, and return to a deeper sense of presence within yourself.

This is a space to move with the rhythms of nature, soften out of busyness, and remember what it feels like to be fully here — grounded, aware, and connected.

  • Hi, I’m Amy, the founder of Ground & Flow Yoga. I offer classes, workshops, and events designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting, and finding a sense of balance within.

    My teaching is rooted in non-dual tantric philosophy and inspired by the rhythms of nature, seasonal living, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I blend yoga, somatic movement, yin, sound, and rest-based practices to create spaces that feel calm, supportive, and accessible.

    My intention is to offer practices that are suitable for all, regardless of experience, and to remind you that yoga is not about escaping life, but about becoming more present, aware, and connected within it. It is a space to soften out of busyness, listen more deeply to your body, and meet yourself with greater understanding and ease.

    I’m passionate about creating environments where you can move in a way that feels right for your body, step out of the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself in a more intuitive and grounded way.

  • My classes offer a space to move, explore, and reconnect through the body. Rooted in self-inquiry, you are invited to get to know yourself more deeply — not through striving or achieving, but through sensing, noticing, and listening.

    With an emphasis on embodied anatomy, each session supports a deeper understanding of how your body moves and feels from the inside out. Alongside movement, there is always space for rest — allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate, restore, and reset.

  • A space where everyone is welcome. You are invited to come exactly as you are, moving, resting, and exploring in a way that feels true and supportive for you.
